And, lately, less sleep than normal. Hello, finals!
This is from back in July. I’ve still been dreaming, just too lazy to write them down. Having company in mornings is also distracting. Anyhoo.
It was some sort of HL2 style event, I remember 2 specific scenes:
1. Walking around an underground area, there were some people sleeping. I was concerned for head crabs IIRC.
2. Fighting a super boss. It was on top of a building (you had to jump to a space between two buildings to get to it and start the fight). He looked like a really large bullsquid from HL2, except with a longer part to his tail which was prehensile. Also, he was invisible (when you first got to the space, he sort of flashed a few colors transparently, then disappeared). He would become visible after he attacked, but odds are I was fucked by that point. I thought ‘Hmm, maybe I’ll activate him, then jump back and shoot him from afar,’ but it must have been telepathic, because right then he jumps down onto my level and then to the level below, ready to strike. I realize I must need some sort of portal skills, but think its too difficult. I die, and it quickly flashes a few summary screens (this was the special boss, but i’d killed a few regulars of him, and stuff like that).
